Candle Jar Exchange Program Policy

We are excited to offer our candle jar exchange program to help reduce waste and allow you to enjoy your beeswax candles again and again. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility & Condition of Jar: If you have one of our candle jars in good, unbroken condition, you can exchange it for a refill. Cleaning out the wax is not necessary—simply return your jar as-is, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please note that the jar should not have cracks or significant damage, as safety is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse jars that do not meet these standards.

Exchange Process: Return your jar to us, and we’ll exchange it for a fresh beeswax candle. 

Pricing: The refill is only valid for the same size jar that was returned. The price will be determined by the size of the jar returned. Prices vary based on the jar size and style.

Return & Exchange Timing: Once we receive your jar, it can take 3-5 business days to process. You will be notified when your new candle is ready for pick-up. At this time, this program is not available for shipping.

Limitations: This program is available only for jars originally purchased from us and does not apply to third-party or non-branded jars.
